Trump’s liva updates: Trump warns about the ‘economic ruin’ if the courts govern tariffs

In a family now, the Trump administration is asking the Supreme Court to raise the court order of a district court throughout the country against radical plans to reduce federal workforce and review federal agencies.

The order of the lower court has effectively frozen efforts in 19 agencies and 11 cabinet departments to implement the executive order of President Donald Trump to fire tens of thousands of workers.

“The Constitution does not erect a presumption against the presidential control of the agency’s staff, and the president does not need a special permit of the Congress to exercise the basic powers of article II,” argued general lawyer D. John Sauer in a presentation before the judges.

The case, of the Northern District of California, was presented by a group of federal employees unions, non -profit organizations and local governments, which alleged that only Congress could legally reorganize the structure of the federal bureaucracy. The Superior Court has requested a response from the plaintiffs next Monday, June 9.
